We want every booking to feel easy.
- Full refund: cancel up to 12 hours before your class begins and we'll refund your booking in full.
- Within 12 hours of the class: bookings are non-refundable, but you're welcome to give your spot to someone else — just email us their name beforehand.
- If we change a class: should we ever cancel or reschedule, you'll be offered a full refund or a place on another date.
