How this works depends on what you book.

• The Long Morning, our workshops at Renessence: these are workshops, and a ticket is a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable. Your place is reserved just for you, so please book when you know you can come. Can't make it? You're very welcome to give your spot to a friend. Just email us their name beforehand and we'll switch it over.

• The Hour, our classes at Fosbury & Sons: cancel up to 12 hours before the class and we'll refund you in full. Within 12 hours the booking is non-refundable, but you're welcome to pass your spot to someone else.

• If we ever change things: should we cancel or reschedule, you'll be offered a full refund or a place on another date.
