France Retreat · 15 to 19 September

Four nights at Les Ormes in the Bourgogne, an hour and a half from Paris. 15 to 19 September 2026. Held together with Lente Michels.

Daily practice, slow food, workshops, time outside. Mornings open with breath and movement, afternoons go softer, evenings close with a short practice and quiet.

All prices are per person.

Not included: travel to and from France. Train station pick-up by arrangement, please get in touch.
