Four nights at Les Ormes in the Bourgogne, an hour and a half from Paris. Beginning of June 2027, exact dates confirmed soon.

Daily practice, slow food, workshops, time outside. Mornings open with breath and movement, afternoons go softer, evenings close with a short practice and quiet.

All prices are per person.

Not included: travel to and from France. Train station pick-up by arrangement, please get in touch.
